“Red Moon of Love”  is the theme from the Theatrical play “Blood Wedding” by Federico Garcia Lorca.
Achilles Liarmakopoulos was only 10 years old when he attended the premiere
When we met years later, he asked me to write a version for two trombones for him and  Kostas Avgerinos., who was his teacher and my colleague in the Athens State Orchestra. 
This version is dedicated to them.
